How do I purchase a service?

Can I have a quote for multiple services at the same time?

Yes, you can! Let us know all the services you need and we will provide a price breakdown and timescale for each individual requirement.

Who completes the services?

Your work will either be completed by one of our in-house team members or a talented partner (we only use individuals and companies who deliver a very high standard of service, and for extra reassurance, all work is checked by us before reaching you!)

Do I have to pay upfront?

If your work is valued at below £100 we will not ask for any payment until you have received your completed purchase. Once you have revived your purchase and we have completed everything outlined in your quote, you will be invoiced for the work. We allow 7 days for the invoice to be paid.

If your work is valued at £100 or over we require a 25% deposit before we can begin your work. This deposit is non-refundable and is taken off your whole cost. The deposit just helps to cover lost time, in the event a customer decides to cancel their order.

What if I need to cancel an order?

You have 48hrs to cancel an order (unless the completion time is under 48hrs, then I am afraid we can’t cancel). If 48hrs has been reached unfortunately the order can not be cancelled so please make sure to contact us in plenty of time (best to make sure you 100% want your order before purchasing it!)

Are there any special offers?

You will receive £10 off for every £100 quoted!

Is there a minimum order value?

Not at all. We take on all sized jobs, small and large. Our prices start from just £5.

What payment methods are accepted?

We can accept payment via debit or credit card or bank transfer.

What if I need to get in contact regarding an offer?

We keep all lines of communication open between our customers and the person carrying out the work. You can contact via phone during office hours or anytime by email where we will answer within 24 hrs (usually much quicker!)

How is the work delivered?

This will depend on the type of work you order, but we aim to match your preferred format as best as we can. For example, completed documents will be shared via a Google Drive link where they are stored. If you would prefer another format, for example, a .txt file that is not a problem at all, just let us know!
